About Nicky's Quickie
Nicky’s Quickie was started by Stephen Porter in 2004 at the Vail Farmers Market. He decided early on that he wanted Nicky's Quickie to be healthy, unique street food. He wanted Nicky’s food to dazzle visually. He wanted gourmet nuances and zesty flavors. And, most importantly He wanted to say yes to people; regardless of their religious, ethical or dietary walk. No matter who you are and where you come from, Nicky’s wants our Patrons and Clients to eat our food with confidence!
